Royalty-Free Templates (Individual templates and template sets)
When you purchase a template any way other than by subscription, it is governed by our regular royalty-free license. Under this license, you have a perpetual right to use the template multiple times for multiple projects without incurring additional fees. The rights granted to you are non-exclusive, non-transferable and personal to you. However, when you customize a template, you may transfer the resulting derivative work to your printer and to your client who may make edits to the files but may not use them to create new projects.
Neither this, nor the subscription license permits the display of our templates on a website or an intranet, whether or not for sale or download.

Template Library Subscription
The subscription license is the same as the regular royalty-free license, except that it has a time limit. You may use the templates you download by subscription during the time you hold a current subscription. However, should you allow your subscription to lapse, you must discontinue creating new projects from the templates you have downloaded. To determine the status of your subscription, check your account. If a template is displayed in your account, then you have the right to use it in accordance with the license. If your subscription has lapsed, any projects you have already completed or projects you have in process may be edited or completed and retained indefinitely by you as derivative works.
Download limit: you may only download 50 unique templates per month. This limitation does not apply to multiple downloads of a single template.
